Occupational Therapy Initial Consult:
$290.98 (includes 45 minutes to 1 hour face to face with child and 30 minutes to 45 minutes non face to face supports to facilitate the session).
Occupational Therapy Sessions:
$193.99 p/h (45 minutes face to face with child and 15 minutes non face to face supports to facilitate the session) *plus additional charge for travel
if required.
Occupational Therapy
Report Writing:
$193.99 p/h. Final price determined by time required.
Telehealth Sessions:
$193.99 p/h for Occupational Therapy sessions.
Custom Made Resources
(such as visual schedules):
Price determined by time required and cost of materials.
Travel:
Occupational Therapy travel time is charged as per the NDIS guidelines.
Funding Options:
NDIS Self Managed.
NDIS Plan Managed.
Medicare (contact your GP for an OT referral through an Enhanced Primary Care Plan, Better Access to Mental Health, Chronic Disease Management Plan, Helping Children with Austism or Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander Referral. This will provide a Medicare rebate for 5-6 OT sessions. **Please: Medicare rebates only apply to OT sessions. The rebate cannot apply to AHA sessions).
Private Health Insurance (an invoice receipt will be provided. You can use this receipt to claim a rebate with your private health insurance agency).
*Please note: OT with Tahls is not an NDIA registered provider. We are unable to work with Agency Managed NDIS participants.
